Trifork and Syd Energi (SE) is working on the establishment of a joint collaboration in a new company: Next Step Citizen A/S.
Next Step Citizen A/S will be a newly formed company, which will be located in the new business park in Esbjerg: Next Step City.
It is the intention that Next Step Citizen A/S will focus on delivering integrated solutions of telemedicine services to the public sector in Denmark. This would create great synergy for both SE's broadband business and the telemedicine platform from Trifork.

From my point of view, it is a great privilege to work together with Trifork in the development of some of the solutions that our welfare state in the future will be built of ", says CEO of SE, Niels Duedahl, and adds:

It’s intended that Trifork will get a 51% share of Next Step Citizen A/S.
The content of this announcement will have no influence on the previously announced expectations for Trifork in 2012. Trifork expect for 2012 thus a total revenue of DKKm 230 and an EBITDA-result of DKKm 36.
