On September 25, 2012, Mr Hendrikus Hubertus Franciscus Stienstra,
Niederlande has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares his Voting Rights on Pfleiderer AG, Düsseldorf,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
September 24, 2012 and on that day amounted to 1.89% (this corresponds to
1109761 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.89% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1109761 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Stienstra  via Mercurius Beleggingsmaatschappij.
