In its article of 26 September, Arco Ehitus for 1 euro, the Estonian business paper Äripäev has referred to the intention of Arco Vara group to dispose of Arco Ehitus OÜ.
Arco Vara has to notify its investors of any sale of a subsidiary or discontinuance of operations.
To date, Arco Vara AS has not disposed of Arco Ehitus OÜ or discontinued its construction operations, nor has any such decision been made. Arco Vara has not signed any agreements in this respect.
According to effective stock exchange rules, information on such transactions is first released via the stock exchange information system.
