The three-day event brought together over 50 Finance and Accounts Payable leaders from 28 North American companies to discuss topics related to Profit Recovery, Profit Optimization and Data Analytics. Topics within the Profit Recovery track ranged from Enhancing Recovery Audit Partnerships with Merchants, to Improving Recovery Audit Documentation and Reducing Ambiguity in Vendor Agreements. Topics within the Profit Optimization track included Increasing AP Efficiency, Improving Working Capital and T&E Compliance. The Data Analytics track sensitized attendees to the Ravages of Poor Data in the Era of Big Data, highlighted Best Practices in Vendor Master Management and provided guidance on Getting Support for Finance's Data Analytics Needs.
Several industry experts spoke at the Forum, including Eric Jones, Director of Corporate Payables at Lowe's, Tom Redman, author and President of Navesink Consulting and Garrison Wynn, motivational speaker and best-selling author. In addition, several PRGX clients facilitated roundtable discussions on agenda topics that they helped shape.
