Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist Brandon McHose Selects Eileen Koch & Company for Representation

With musical influences ranging from Hendrix and Clapton, to the Goo Goo Dolls and Red Hot Chili Peppers, Brandon's unique guitar sound is melded with original and truthful lyrical styling; placing him as fresh addition to the alternative rock/pop genre. Harnessing his Midwest roots, McHose also blends country stylings into his melodic arrangements, and has opened for country music legend, Vince Gill. The launch of Brandon McHose's newest EP, Late Night, transitions the acoustic-based musician to electric, as he changes his usual tonal direction for this four-track mini album. Following two previous successful acoustic albums, Life Eclipse, and Token, McHose switched gears by replacing his unplugged styling for a more explosive, "in your face" electric guitar driven sound. The rising star syncs mid-tempo ballads with subtle electric harmony lines, finishing his new tracks with powerful guitar solos.

Born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa, McHose was first introduced to music when his father gave him a '74 Les Paul; instantly striking Brandon's love of guitar artistry. Eventually moving to Austin, TX to pursue a music career, the gifted musician gigged four nights a week at many of the city's mainstays such as The Saxon Pub and Threadgill's, garnering a large fan base and clearing the way for him to record two full-length albums. 

Brandon consider himself a "guitar player first - but one who is lucky enough to be able to use it in the context of writing strong songs, that connect emotionally with listeners." Brandon McHose's recent move to Los Angeles sets him in a perfect position to open the ear buds of not only the nation, but the world.
