CTDC Announces 2012 Annual General Meeting Results


HONG KONG, Oct. 3, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- China Technology Development Group Corporation (Nasdaq:CTDC) ("we" or "the Company") today announced that the Company's shareholders adopted the following resolutions proposed by the Company at the 2012 annual general meeting of shareholders (the "2012 AGM") held in Hong Kong on September 28, 2012:

(i) Re-election of Mr. Lin-Hsiang LIAO, Mr. Zhenwei LU and Mr. Weidong WANG as directors of the Company;

(ii)  Approval and Authorization of Reverse Stock Split and the corresponding Amendments to the Memorandum of Association of the Company; and

(iii)  Approval of the Change of the Company's Name and the corresponding Amendments to the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
