On September 28, 2012, Ms Isabella de Krassny, Austria, has informed us
according to Sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting Rights
on Praktiker AG, Kirkel, Germany, have fallen below the 10% threshold of
the Voting Rights on September 24, 2012 and on that day amounted to 9.61%
(this corresponds to 5571072 Voting Rights).
According to Sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 9.61% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5571072 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Ms de Krassny from Maseltov Ltd.
