(OTC:TMGR) announced today that the Company has entered into a manufacturing agreement with Arkansas-based Nitron Industries. Under the terms of the Agreement, Nitron Industries will manufacture and supply Green Processing Technologies' new line of liquid organic products, BioGrow Ultra™ and BioGrow Ultra Accelerator.
Green Processing Technologies' BioGrow Ultra Accelerator product has a unique formulation that increases the efficiency of all other fertilizers and has the capability to greatly revitalize poor soil and improve good soil. The product is 100% organic, natural, and completely safe for humans, pets, wildlife, and plant life. The Company's BioGrow Ultra™ product is a powerful organic soil conditioner that can be used to accelerate vegetation growth on contaminated mining sites in order to return them to their original state.
According to Green Processing Technologies, the use of Biogrow Ultra™ and BioGrow Ultra Accelerator together provides the perfect environment for expedited and increased growth by causing the development of fertile, living soil that supports improved crop production with less labor, less added fertilizer, and fewer weeds and insects.
