Mr Clemens Jakopitsch, Austria, has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on mybet Holding
SE, Kiel, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
October 10, 2012 and on that day amounted to 4.64% (this corresponds to
1,124,652 Voting Rights). According to Article 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6,
WpHG, 1.83% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 442,893 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Jakopitsch.
