New long-term credit facility of EUR 90 million for Componenta

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release 12.10.2012 at 15.45

Componenta has signed a new syndicated credit facility of EUR 90 million. The facility, valid until 30 June 2015, replaces the Group’s present credit facility. The new financing arrangement will clarify and stabilize Componenta’s financing as it is based on financing arrangement provided by three Nordic banks instead of seven European and Nordic banks previously.

In the new credit facility Nordea Bank Finland Plc, Pohjola Bank Plc, and Swedbank AB (publ.) are participating as lenders for EUR 90 million and Finnvera Plc as guarantor for EUR 15 million.

Due to the new credit facility Componenta will write down as one-time item EUR 1.7 million which is related to remaining part of the periodized arrangement fees of previous long-term financing arrangement. The write down will take place during final quarter of the year 2012. New credit facility is estimated to have a positive impact on Componenta’s financial costs in long term.
