Vilnius, Lithuania, 2012-10-15 14:22 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NASDAQ OMX Vilnius decided on October 15, 2012 to suspend Automatic Order Matching of Limarko laivininkystes kompanija AB shares (LLK1L, ISIN code: LT0000119646) on October 26, 2012 from 11:00 EET.

The trading will be suspended due to Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders and due to agenda's question - the ratio of equity and authorised capital.
