Through its division Encompass Parts Distribution, Encompass will procure, warehouse and distribute replacement parts for Airwell-Fedders' complete line of HVAC products, including room air conditioners, dehumidifiers and ductless split heat pumps. Encompass will support Airwell-Fedders' authorized service center network, as well as other distributors, third-party administrators and end users. To assist customers, Encompass is developing a special web portal enabling users to easily search for and order parts online, as well as track order status, initiate returns and more.
