BR-Energy PLC: Acquisition of initially 25% in Hayat Enerji AS, Istanbul

London/Frankfurt/Istanbul, October 18, 2012: BR-Energy PLC is a British
Holding focussing on acquisitions in the field of renewable energy and
environmental technology. Initially, BR-Energy PLC was able to acquire a
25%-stake in Hayat Enerji AS (www.hayat-enerji.com) Istanbul.

'BR-Energy PLC is a financing platform to be used by our Turkish partners
for the expansion and positioning of their businesses in Turkey,' explains
Konstantin v. Reden-Luetcken, director of BR-Energy PLC and president of
ORIENT Strategies AG, one of the major shareholders of BR-Energy PLC.

ORIENT Strategies PLC has it's own strategic focus on Turkey and plans to
open it's own representation office in Istanbul parallel to supporting and
executing the business of BR-Energy PLC.

Hayat Enerji AS, the first shareholding of BR-Energy PLC positions itself
to participate in the expected growth of the Turkish market for renewable
energy. It initially plans to build two facilities for generating power
with the help of biogas and solar energy. Further, it is planned to build a
production facility for solar modules. At the present, the production
capacity for solar technology in Turkey is limited. From 2014 on technology
'Made in Turkey' will be subsidized with up to USD 0,24 per KW. 'We intend
to be set up and ready to deliver when the Turkish market is being opened
for large solar energy facilities with a capacity of 500 MW and more,'
explains Konstantin v. Reden-LÃ¼tcken, also member of the supervisory board
of Hayat Enerji AS, 'up till now, the Turkish government is reluctant to
subsidize larger facilities. This will change in 2014.'

BR-Energy PLC already is in negotiations to acquire further participations
in the field of renewable energy.
