According to S. 29 of the Danish Act on Securities Trading, we announce that on 19 October 2012 Jyske Bank was informed that Massachusetts Financial Services Company (MFS Investment Management), 500 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116, United States, on 18 October 2012 increased its holding of shares in Jyske Bank A/S to 3,666,270 shares of DKK 10, equalling 5.14% of the total share capital.
