U.S.A., has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt a. M.,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on August
21, 2012 and on that day amounted to 5.02% (this corresponds to 46730317
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5.02% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
46730317 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
