In continuation of announcement no. 108/2012 of 19 October 2012 regarding senior debt issued by BRFkredit a/s from Capital Centre B, the bonds on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen are delisted because of doubts as to whether the issuance requires a prospectus. The delisting is approved by the investor and has otherwise no other bearing on the issuance.
