AVTECH Sweden AB (publ) and NATS establishes cooperation by signing a Memorandum of Understanding

Today AVTECH Sweden AB (publ) announces the signing of a Memorandum of
Understanding with NATS which provides a framework to enable strategic
cooperation and to develop new product offerings and to generate increased
business.
NATS is a UK based company with a wide range of capabilities in Air Traffic
Management, over 40 years’ experience delivering air navigation services in the
UK, one of the busiest and most complex airspace in the world, and a range of
worldwide contracts for delivering Air Traffic Services, Engineering and
Consultancy Services as well as Training programmes. NATS’s vision is to be the
acknowledged global leader in innovative air traffic solutions and airport
performance.

AVTECH is a Swedish publicly listed company that develops services and products
for digital Air Traffic Management. Its customers include airlines, airports,

The Memorandum of Understanding is to be followed by in-depth discussions on
