Financial Management, Inc., New York, USA, and on 24 Oct. 2012  BlackRock
Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, USA, informed us in accordance with Section 21,
para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:

The share of the voting rights of BlackRock Group Limited, London, UK, in
our company has exceeded the threshold of 3% on 25 July 2011 and as of this
date amounted to 3.02% (5,419,784 voting rights). These voting rights are
attributable in accordance with Section 22, para. 1, sentence 1, item 6 in
connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
 
The share of the voting rights of BlackRock Financial Management Inc., New
York, USA, in our company has exceeded the threshold of 5% on 20 April 2011
and as of this date amounted to 5.29% (9,486,030 voting rights). These
voting rights are attributable in accordance with Section 22, para. 1,
sentence 1, item 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.

The share of the voting rights of BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington,
USA, in our company has exceeded the threshold of  5% on 20 April 2011 and
as of this date amounted to 5.29% (9,486,030 voting rights). These voting
rights are attributable in accordance with Section 22, para. 1, sentence 1,
item 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
