East El Paso Veterinarian Expands Pet Care Services With New Clinic

EL PASO, Texas, Oct. 28, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- East El Paso Animal Hospital announced that the practice is expanding its service offerings with a larger clinic to better serve East El Paso, Van Horn, Fort Hancock, Del City, Sierra Blanca and Fabens pet owners. The first animal clinic opened in 1986 with just over 1800 square feet. Today's expanded clinic is more than 5100 square feet and features state-of-the-art equipment. The animal hospital has five full-time veterinarians on-staff that provide wellness exams, puppy and kitten care, pet vaccinations, pet boarding and grooming, and pet laser surgery.

Dr. Orlando Garza, an East El Paso veterinarian and founder of East El Paso Animal Hospital, announced that the vet clinic has nearly doubled in size to better serve pet owners and their pets.

"After significant construction, we are excited to announce the opening of our newly expanded veterinary clinic," said Dr. Garza. "The larger space allows us to better serve our pet owners and their pets by providing high quality veterinary care that utilizes the latest technology."

The clinic recently completed expansions that increased its size to 5100 square feet. First opened in 1986, the original clinic had just 1800 square feet. Subsequent expansions over the years have increased the clinic's size. Today, the clinic is two adjoining buildings. One building includes the clinic's pet grooming and pet boarding services. The other building includes the waiting room, five exam rooms, two surgery tables, and a treatment area.

"By creating two adjoining buildings, we are better able to accommodate the needs of all our pet patients," said Dr. Garza. "Our boarding and grooming patients have their own space away from our wellness care patients. Our new, expanded examining rooms include the latest technology."

The newly expanded clinic also includes a dental suite for dental exams, cleanings and tooth extractions. Digital radiography is also available for dental pet patients.

The El Paso veterinary clinic includes five full-time veterinarians and one part-time veterinarian, along with a team of veterinary care technicians and assistants. This team helps ensure that pets receive individualized care and pet owners never feel rushed during wellness exams.

"One of the primary goals of our practice is to help empower pet owners to provide the best care possible for their pets," said Dr. Garza. "Pet wellness care starts at home. Our team of veterinarians enjoys building personal relationships with each pet owner and their pets. A personal relationship helps us educate pet owners about everything from seasonal care tips to dietary recommendations."

The East El Paso veterinarian provides pet wellness exams for dogs and cats as well as horses and puppy and kitten care. Services include pet vaccinations, grooming and boarding. The new clinic also offers advanced technology including pet laser surgery and ultrasound. Pet owner may learn more at http://www.eastelpasoanimalhospital.com/.
