Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Allerthal-Werke AG, Köln, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of
the Voting Rights on October 26, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.72%
(this corresponds to 40791 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.72% of
