(the "Company") (Nasdaq:OTIV) today announced that on October 29, 2012, the Company advised Mr. Jerry Ivy, a shareholder of the Company, that there is no basis for his request to cancel the Company's annual general meeting scheduled for November 9, 2012 or remove certain matters from the agenda for such meeting and therefore the annual general meeting will take place as planned.

Mr. Ivy's request was made in a letter that was attached to his Schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 22, 2012.
