BEAUFORT, S.C., Oct. 30, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Coastal Banking Company Inc. (OTC:CBCO), the holding company of CBC National Bank, which operates branches in Beaufort and Port Royal, S.C., Fernandina Beach, Fla., and Meigs, Ga., today reported net income of $772,844, or $0.24 in diluted earnings per common share, for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2012. This compares to a net loss of $368,903, or a loss of $0.20 per diluted common share, in the third quarter of 2011.
