(TSX VENTURE:EOX) (OTCQX:EOXFF) ("Euromax" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Steve Sharpe, President and CEO of the Company, Mr. Varshan Gokool, Chief Financial Officer and additionally Mr. Patrick Forward, a Consultant for the Company have purchased shares in Euromax.

Mr. Sharpe purchased 23,428 common shares in the Company at a price of C$1.16 and now owns a total of 875,279 shares in the Company representing approximately 1.24% of the issued capital.

Mr. Gokool purchased 27,562 common shares in the Company at a price of C$1.16 and now owns a total of 879,415 shares in the Company representing approximately 1.25% of the issued capital.

Mr. Forward purchased 31,466 common shares in the Company at a price of C$1.02 and now owns a total of 883,296 shares in the Company representing approximately 1.26% of the issued capital.

The Company also confirms that a new presentation including the conclusions of the previously announced Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") has been uploaded to the Company's website and is available for download from the Company's homepage www.euromaxresources.com.
