On 2 November 2012, EuroPacific Growth Fund reduced its shareholdings in William Demant Holding A/S and now holds a total of 4.93% of the share capital in William Demant Holding A/S in direct ownership. EuroPacific Growth Fund has delegated proxy voting authority to its investment adviser Capital Research and Management Company. Please also see our Company Announcement No. 2012-08.
