On November 02, 2012, Holland Private Equity B.V., Amsterdam, Niederlande
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on SFC Energy AG, Brunnthal, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% threshold of the Voting Rights
on February 16, 2012 and on that day amounted to 25.70% (this corresponds
to 1928474 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 25.70% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
1928474 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company  via HPE Pro
Insitutional Fund B.V..
