DONG Energy prolongs the ratings from Fitch


On 29 May 2012, the rating agency Fitch decided to withdraw its unsolicited ratings on DONG Energy’s debt instruments. Shortly thereafter, DONG Energy decided to temporarily prolong the Fitch ratings until 30 November 2012.

DONG Energy has now decided to prolong the ratings from Fitch and hence the ratings will not be withdrawn on 30 November 2012.

DONG Energy A/S has a ‘BBB+’ rating with stable outlook from Fitch. The outstanding senior unsecured bonds issued by DONG Energy A/S are rated ‘BBB+’ and the outstanding hybrid bonds issued by DONG Energy A/S are rated ‘BBB-‘. All with stable outlook.

DONG Energy will continue to be rated by Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s.
