BrightPoint Americas Enters Into Distribution Agreement With ZTE


INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 8, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BrightPoint, an Ingram Micro company ("BrightPoint") (NYSE:IM), a leading provider of mobility lifecycle products and services, announced today that its subsidiary, BrightPoint North America L.P. ("BrightPoint Americas"), has entered into a distribution agreement with ZTE (USA), Inc. ("ZTE").  ZTE is a leading global provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions.  Under the terms of the agreement, BrightPoint Americas is appointed as a ZTE distributor to support the delivery of certain ZTE branded wireless devices and accessories, including Android and full qwerty smartphones throughout the United States and its territories.
