All of the voting rights are to be attributed to Mr. Stephen A. Schwarzman
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.

Delaware, USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche Telekom AG, Bonn,
Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 06, 2012 and on that day amounted to 2.93% (this corresponds to
126522000 Voting Rights).
All of the voting rights are to be attributed to the company according to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
