HONG KONG, Nov. 13, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Renewable Energy Trade Board Corporation, formerly known as China Technology Development Group Corporation (Nasdaq:EBOD) ("we" or "the Company"), a fast growing clean energy group in China based in Hong Kong, today announced receipt of a letter from The NASDAQ Stock Market notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with NASDAQ's minimum bid price continued listing requirement, as a result of the closing bid price of its common stock having been at or above the minimum requirement of $1.00 per share for the last 10 consecutive trading days, from October 25, 2012 to November 9, 2012.
