LAS VEGAS, Nov. 13, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Allegiant Travel Company (Nasdaq:ALGT) today declared a special dividend of $2 per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on December 14, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2012.
