Change in composition of the Nomination Committee of BE Group AB

Information about BE Group's Nomination Committee and Annual General Meeting
2013 was made public on October 24 in connection with the release of the
company’s report for the third quarter. As the largest shareholder of BE Group,
AB Traction has now informed that Bengt Stillström will replace Petter
Stillström as their representative.

Subsequent this change the Nomination Committee comprises the following people:

  · Bengt Stillström, representing AB Traction
  · Jan Andersson, representing Swedbank Robur fonder
  · Tomas Ramsälv, representing Odin Fonder
  · Anders Ullberg as Chairman of the Board, BE Group AB (publ)

The Nomination Committee shall evaluate the composition and work of the Board of
Directors and draft the following proposals for the 2013 Annual General Meeting
(AGM):

  · Election of the Board of Directors
  · Election of a Chairman of the Board
  · Election of Auditor
  · Fees to Board members and auditor
  · Election of a Chairman for the AGM

Shareholders who wish to contact the Nomination Committee are invited to send an
e-mail to valberedningen@begroup.com, (mail heading "To the Nomination
Committee") or a letter to "BE Group's Nomination Committee", BE Group AB
(publ), Box 225, 201 22 Malmö, Sweden.

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals for consideration at the AGM should,
to be sure that the proposals will be considered at the AGM, send these to the
Chairman of the Board (at the above address) not later than 6 March 2013.
