In continuation of company announcement no. 32 of November 16. 2012 regarding the offering of 45,000,000 new shares with a nominal value of DKK 1 each, SmartGuy Group A/S has today completed and registered with the Danish Business Authority an increase in its share capital of nominally DKK 45,000,000.
The new shares carry the same rights as existing SmartGuy Group A/S shares. After registration of the capital increase, SmartGuy Group A/S’ nominal share capital amounts to DKK 278,156,691 consisting of 278,156,691 shares with a nominal value of DKK 1 each. Each share carries one vote.
The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen on November 23, 2012 under the same ISIN code as the existing SmartGuy Group A/S shares.
