On Wednesday, November 28th, five promising up-and-coming innovators at Canadian universities will be recognized for their research and commercialization contributions at the 2nd annual Mitacs Awards Reception.
Last year, in partnership with government and industry, Mitacs co-funded more than 1,300 research internships with over 580 companies, placed 250 international students with Canadian universities, and connected 200 PhDs to joint industry-academia research projects.
