Appointment of Mr. Alessandro Reitelli as new CFO
Mr. Michele Lerici, CFO and former COO, has today resigned from his position as CFO of the Company for personal reasons.
The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Alessandro Reitelli as new CFO of the Company.
Mr. Alessandro Reitelli will continue to hold the position as COO ad interim until a new candidate will be selected and appointed by the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Michele Lerici for the excellent work he has performed in different positions in the Group in the last years and wishes him all the best in the prosecution of his professional career.

Mr. Sigieri Diaz della Vittoria Pallavicini, CEO
Mr. Alessandro Reitelli, CFO and COO ad interim.
