COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Nov. 27, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Southern Hospitality Development Corporation ("Southern Hospitality") or ("the Company"), formerly "Art Dimensions, Inc." (OTCQB:ATDM), announced it has received approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to change its ticker symbol to (OTCQB:RIBS) effective with the commencement of trading today.
As previously disclosed on November 16, 2012, the Company changed its name from Art Dimensions, Inc. to Southern Hospitality Development Corporation in conjunction with completing its reverse merger. The Company filed the amendment of name change to its Articles of Incorporation with the Colorado Secretary of State on November 13, 2012, and became effective immediately.
