NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of November 29, 2012 to resume the trading in AS “Ventspils nafta” (VNF1R) and AS „Latvijas kuģniecība” (LSC1R) shares starting with November 29, 2012 trading session.
Trading in AS “Ventspils nafta” and AS „Latvijas kuģniecība” shares was suspended taking into account the applications made by the ompanies where NASDAQ OMX Riga was asked to suspend the trading during the companies’ business update on November 28, 2012.
The companies have submitted the summary of the business update and presentations on November 29, 2012.
