CHANGE OF NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES IN MOBERG DERMA


The number of shares and votes in Moberg Derma AB (publ) has increased by
1,733,552 to 10,812,572 during November 2012. Therefore, there are in total
10,812,572 shares and votes in the company as of November 30th, 2012.
The increase is a result of a directed share issue of 907,900 shares resolved by
the board under an authorization from the annual general meeting 2012, and an
issue in kind of 825,652 shares resolved by the board under an authorization
from the extraordinary general meeting held November 19th, 2012. Both share
issues are made in order to accomplish Moberg Derma’s acquisition of Alterna,
LLC.
