ST. CHARLES, Mo., Dec. 4, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American Railcar Industries, Inc. (ARI or the Company) (Nasdaq:ARII) announced today that the Company will resume payment of its quarterly dividend. The ARI Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock of the Company. The dividend is payable on December 24, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 18, 2012.
