On December 05, 2012, BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A., Paris, France
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Prime Office REIT-AG, München, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 03, 2012
and on that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 1562961 Voting
Rights).
Of these Voting Rights 0.72% (376898 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to
the company pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and 2.28%
of the Voting Rights (1186063 Voting Rights) pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
