Rose Rock Midstream Announces New Board Member


TULSA, Okla., Dec. 6, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rose Rock Midstream, L.P. (NYSE:RRMS) announced today that Robert E. Dunn has been elected as the newest member of the Rose Rock Midstream Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Dunn currently serves as president and chief executive officer of Prism Midstream LLC. In 2000, he founded Prism Gas Systems. That company was acquired by Martin Midstream Partners in 2005, where he continued as senior vice president until 2012. From 1982 to 1999, Mr. Dunn was employed by Union Pacific Resources, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, last serving as vice president of gathering and processing. He began his career in 1975, working as an engineer for Texas based Brown & Root, Inc. Mr. Dunn has a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee.
