informed us in accordance with § 21 paragraph 1 WpHG, that via shares the
number of its voting rights in Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, ISIN: DE0005508105, WKN: 550810, fell below  the threshold of 3%
on 3 December 2012. As of that date the number of its voting rights in
Deutsche Beteiligungs AG amounted to 2.97% (this corresponds to 408,000
voting rights).
