According to S.29 of the Danish Securities Trading, etc. Act, we announce that on 13 December 2012 Jyske Bank was informed that Baillie Gifford & Co. Ltd. on 12 December 2012 reduced its holding of shares in Jyske Bank A/S to 3,287,251 shares of DKK 10, equalling 4.61 % of the total share capital.
