KESKO CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELASE 17.12.2012 AT 09.00 1(2) The Kesko Group's sales in November 2012, excluding VAT, totalled €809.9 million, showing a decrease of 1.5%. In Kesko's food trade, sales in November were €371.4 million, an increase of 2.2%. Sales to K-food store chains were up 0.6%. Kespro's sales grew by 7.9%. In the home and speciality goods trade, sales in November were €136.0 million, a decrease of 5.5%. Lower sales compared to the previous year are due to the decline of home technology sales in Anttila, K-citymarket and Musta Pörssi. In the building and home improvement trade, sales in November were €234.7 million, an increase of 1.7%. Sales in Finland were down 4.1%. Sales abroad increased by 6.2% in terms of euros. In Russia, sales increased by 17.6% in terms of euros. In the car and machinery trade, sales in November were €81.8 million, a decrease of 16.9%. VV-Auto's sales in November were €63.2 million, down 18.5% due to a decline of the passenger car and van market after the car tax change. Konekesko's sales in November were €18.6 million, a decrease of 11.9% from the previous year.
