On December 13, 2012, Michael W. Schwetje, Germany, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the 10% threshold of
the Voting Rights on December 10, 2012, and on that day fell to 5.04% (this
corresponds to 120,000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 120,000
of the Voting Rights (5.04%)are to be attributed to Michael W. Schwetje.
These voting rights attributed to Michael W. Schwetje are held via the
following companies which are controlled by Michael W. Schwetje and whose
share of voting rights on YOC AG amounts to 3% or more:
- Schwetje Holding GmbH, Köln
- Schwetje Invest GmbH, Köln
On December 17, 2012, Schwetje Holding GmbH, Cologne, Deutschland, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the 10%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 10, 2012, and on that day fell
to 5.04% (this corresponds to 120,000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 120,000
of the Voting Rights (5.04%) are to be attributed to Schwetje Holding GmbH.
These voting rights attributed to Schwetje Holding GmbH are held via the
following company which is controlled by Schwetje Holding GmbH and whose
share of voting rights on YOC AG amounts to 3% or more:

its Voting Rights on YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the 10%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 10, 2012, and on that day fell
to 5.04% (this corresponds to 120,000 Voting Rights).
