EnviTec Biogas AG planning change of stock market segment
Lohne, 20 December 2012 - The Executive Board of EnviTec Biogas AG (ISIN:
DE000A0MVLS8) today decided to apply for a relisting of EnviTec shares.
Currently listed in the Prime Standard segment of the Regulated Market, the
shares are to be relisted in the Entry Standard segment of the open market
at the Frankurt Stock Exchange.
This change of the stock market segment is to reduce the financial expense
and organistional effort required by a stock market listing in the
regulated market. The Entry Standard is a high-quality segment and will
offer shareholders a high level of transparency going forward.
The tradability of shares in EnviTec Biogas AG at the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange, including the electronic Xetra trading system of the German stock
exchange, will remain entirely unaffected by the relisting in the Entry
Standard segment. Moreover, the Designated Sponsor will continue to support
a liquid market in the shares.
The relisting in the Entry Standard of the Open Market is planned to become
effective at the time when the admission to the Regulated Market is
effectively cancelled. This cancellation becomes effective six months after
its publication by the management of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Up to
this point in time, i.e. presumably until July or August 2013, shares in
EnviTec Biogas AG will remain listed in the Prime Standard segment of the
Regulated Market at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
