Basanavičiaus St. 26, Vilnius, the data is collected and stored at the Register of Legal Entities, hereby notifies that on 20 December 2012 the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania imposed a fine on a security solutions providing company and three Lithuanian banks for the arrangements that unreasonably limited the possibilities of the comany's competitors to operate in the the cash handling and collection services’ market.
AB DNB Bankas was imposed 8.6 million itas (EUR 2.49 million) fine. AB DNB Bankas stands by opinion that it had not violated legal acts on competition and intends to appeal this decision in the procedure set by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
