Rella Holding A/S’ Holding of Treasury Shares at the End of 2012

On 29 April 2012, Rella Holding A/S’ Annual General Meeting decided to use the dividends received from Aller Holding A/S to buy back its own shares.

So far, this share repurchase has resulted in a holding at the end of 2012 of

1,043,184 treasury shares.

The Company’s outstanding shares at year-end 2012 thus amounts to:

During 2012, 1,226,213 treasury shares were bought corresponding to 5,0% of the share capital at the beginning of the year. At the forthcoming Annual General Meeting it will be proposed to cancel the above holding of treasury shares.

2012 saw a turnover of 12.0m Rella-shares (2011: 4.0m).

It is expected that Aller Holding A/S’ Annual Report will be published on Friday 18 January 2013.
