On January 02, 2013, Lazard Freres Gestion S.AS, Paris, France, has
informed us according to Sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Praktiker AG, Kirkel, Germany, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 18, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 3.455% (this corresponds to 3923490 Voting Rights).
According to Sec. 22, para. 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.003% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3410500 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Sicav Objectif Small Caps Euro.
 
The announcement is a correction of the notification of Voting Rights
according to Sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG dated December 20, 2012 which we
had published according to Sec. 26 para. 1 of the WpHG on December 27,
2012.
