Loss of significant holding

AS "Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca" informs that it has received notifications on loss of significant holding from SIA "Maleks S" and I. Ozoliņa.

According to the notification received from SIA "Maleks S", the company has decreased its holding on 18.12.2012. retaining in a possession 232 979 or 4,91% of AS "Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca"  share capital.

According to the notification, Inga Ozoliņa has decreased the indirect holding on 21.12.2012., retaining as an indirect holding 232 979 or 4.91% of AS "Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca"  share capital.
