Robert I. Kauffman resigns from his functions as member and chairman of the
board of directors of GAGFAH S.A.

Luxembourg, January 4, 2013. Robert I. Kauffman will resign from his
functions as member and chairman of the board of directors of GAGFAH S.A.
with effect as of January 15, 2013. A decision on Mr. Kauffman's successor
has not yet been taken. Mr. Kauffman's resignation occurs in the context of
his retirement from Fortress Investment Group LLC, the indirect majority
shareholder of GAGFAH S.A.
